Problem
New condominium development: Basement Parking Garage block Wall bowed inward with step cracking. Underground parking garage experienced bowing wall below grade. Problem resulted from contractor's improper backfill combined with heavy snowfall and unusually wet spring.

Solution
Solution designed by an Engineering firm in Rochester NY. Design called for StrongHold Carbon Fiber laminate strips placed at 5' on center along length of wall. Steel angle iron tied into floor joists and bonded to carbon fiber.
